Q: What are your starting prices for bespoke jewellery?
A: For pricing, we provide bespoke quotations tailored to each individual concept. We meticulously assess factors such as design intricacy, drafting time, choice of materials, and other specifications outlined in your concept. Your vision guides our pricing process and reflects the quality and craftsmanship inherent in your bespoke piece.
Generally, prices start at AED 1800 for a bespoke ring (excluding the center stone).
Q: How long do your bespoke services take?
A: You can expect the following timelines for our services:
- 3-4 weeks for bespoke bridal and non-bridal services.
- 5-6 weeks for upcycling projects.
Q: Does my bespoke jewellery come with a certificate?
A: Your main gemstone comes with a lab-grown diamond report as well as a certificate of authenticity from us to ensure your jewellery is 100% genuine.
We also have the option to certify the jewellery piece as a whole with IGI for an extra charge. This is available for tennis bracelets, necklaces, or jewellery with several diamonds starting from 0.10 cts each.
Q: Do I need to book an appointment?
A: Yes. We are a small team and to ensure we can give our clients the best service, we require you to book your visit 1-2 days prior.
Repair & Maintenance
Restore your pieces to their original brilliance. Whether it’s your favourite daily ring or a vintage necklace, our expert team offers professional cleaning and re-polishing, making your items look brand new! We also provide a repair service for broken chains or clasps and fallen diamonds from loose and worn out prongs.
Upcycling Services
Do you have an existing gold item lying around in your jewellery box? Is it a sentimental piece you’d like to wear that simply isn’t your style anymore? We offer a redesign service specialising in revitalising your cherished jewellery pieces, infusing them with new life and meaning. Reconnect with your beloved piece and preserve its sentimental value for years to come.

Q: How often should I get my jewellery professionally cleaned?
A: It’s generally recommended to have your jewellery cleaned once a year. Diamond pieces are especially known to loosen in their settings over time due to daily wear and tear.
Q: How do I send my item in for repair and maintenance?
A: We have a courier service to collect your item, or you can schedule an appointment to come in and drop off your item.
Q: Do you offer cleaning services for all types of jewellery, including delicate pieces?
A: We prefer to clean only platinum or gold items and those with non-porous gemstones. Unfortunately, porous gemstones, like pearls or opals, are too delicate for the liquid, chemicals, or oils required for a full clean.
Q: Do you repair damaged gemstone settings?
A: Yes, if your jewellery piece has a loosened or damaged setting, we can repair it. We will analyse and discuss this during your repair appointment.
Q: Do you offer engraving?
A: Yes, we offer engraving on specific items.
