Q: What if I’m unsure about the ring design?
A: No worries, we’ll help you with the design. Any images sent at this stage are just to get a taste of your style and preferences.You also have the option to choose one of the brilliant rings from our first Bridal Collection as a base point for your design inspirations.
Q: I live abroad and want to pick up my ring when I come to the UAE. When should I get in touch?
A: We require about 3 weeks to complete your bespoke ring so it's always best to get in touch ahead of time. To be safe, we suggest contacting us a month before your trip.

Q: How much is the deposit?
A: We request 50% of the final price.
Q: What method of payment can I use for the deposit?
A: Our methods of payment are card payment, cash, and bank transfer. We also offer tabby and cashew payments. Please note that we do not offer discounts on our bespoke pieces.
Q: How do I set up an appointment?

Q: When are you open?
A: Mondays - Fridays from 10:00 to 17:30.
Q: What do I need to bring to my appointment?
A: Please bring any information or pictures of your desired ring and a valid Emirates ID/Passport to present to security on the ground floor.
Q: What if I can’t meet during the opening hours?
A: If you can’t schedule an appointment between 10:00 - 17:30, contact us, and we’ll arrange a visit outside our office hours.

Q: What if I want to see several design concepts beforehand?
A: If you’d like to draft a few ring concepts from scratch before staring on your CAD render, we have a custom design service. Kindly note: As this is an additional service, there is a separate fee for this.
Q: Can I customise your existing bridal designs with my own carat weight/shape or other specifications?
A: Yes! Our bridal designs can form the base of your own design or lab diamond preferences.

Q: Is my ring insured for shipping?
A: Your shipment is 100% insured and comes with a lab-grown diamond report as well as a certificate of authenticity from us to ensure your jewellery is 100% genuine.
Q: What if I’ve proposed but the ring doesn’t fit?
A: We can resize the ring to 2 sizes up or down. However for any larger size variations, we would need to decide this on a case by case basis depending on the ring design.
Q: What metals do you work with?
A: We can work with 18k gold or platinum.
Q: Where are you located?
A: Our office is in the Almas Tower, JLT, in Dubai.
