Jewellery Care
Our jewellery is thoughtfully made with some extra love for our communities and the environment - Here's a guide on how you can treat your pieces the same:
- Keep away from chlorinated pools, detergents and spas. While our smooth silky skin can handle it, 18K gold can be a bit more sensitive;
- Take off when applying creams, hair spray, perfumes or any other products that keeps you looking pretty;
- To prevent dents and/or scratches, don't wear while at the gym or playing sports;
- Store in original pouch or box to protect your jewellery when not in use;
- To bring back its' original sparkle rub softly with a toothbrush, detergent-free soap and warm water. Then, pat jewellery dry with a lint-free cloth.
We recommend cleaning your jewellery professionally, once a year.
Lifetime Warranty
At Fyne Jewellery, we are dedicated to ensuring the quality and durability of our pieces. We offer a comprehensive lifetime repair warranty on all our products under the following terms:
1. Free Repairs: We provide free repairs on all Fyne Jewellery products for issues such as: Broken chains or clasps, bent earring posts, loose stones, worn or stretched links, enamel touch-ups, polishing and cleaning, prong re-tightening.
Please note that shipping costs are not covered and must be borne by the client.
2. Complex Repairs: For repairs that are more complex, we will assess the required work and associated costs on a case-by-case basis. Clients will be informed of any charges prior to proceeding with the repair.
3. Missing Accent Diamonds: If an accent diamond goes missing within the first three months of purchase, we will replace it free of charge. If the accent diamond is lost after three months, we will still repair the item free of charge but will charge for the replacement diamond.
4. International Repairs: We are pleased to offer free repairs for international orders, provided the client covers all duties, taxes, and shipping costs associated with the repair.

Repair Notice
We make your jewellery with the highest quality materials so that it lasts you a lifetime. However, despite our best efforts - we're not perfect. In order to add to our sustainability efforts, we truly believe in the value of conserving and repairing jewellery to prolong its' use.
