Step One
Preliminary quotation for customised rings
Connect with us over WhatsApp and send your:
- Design inspiration
- Diamond or gemstone preferences
- Any other details you have in mind (we love a Pinterest board!)
We’ll provide an estimate as a starting point and send you preliminary diamond options to choose from.
Step Two
Book your Appointment
Visit us in person from Monday to Friday at our office in Dubai.
- Select and finalise your lab diamond options
- Discuss the ring design
- Try on our bridal ring samples
- Measure your ring size
- Leave your deposit
Step Three
It's time to design!
After meeting and receiving your deposit, we will start designing your bespoke engagement ring or wedding ring design.
- We use CAD software to provide you with a render of what your ring will look like
- Up to three design alterations are included in your quote
- When you’re completely satisfied, we will create the ring of your dreams
Step Four
Making Your Ring
Your design is approved with your written consent, and we will start creating your ring.
- After two weeks, your ring will be ready for collection
- We’ll request the remaining 50% of your payment
- Collect your customised rings from our office, or we can ship them to any destination of your choice (international or local)

Throughout the bespoke process, we’ll ascertain your diamond preferences—from carat, cut, and clarity to setting and weight. We also consider the type of 18k gold required; perhaps you’re looking for a warm buttery yellow, or maybe a striking white gold band is more your style. We also offer Platinum — once a more expensive, exclusive material, but now far more financially accessible.

Q: Why choose a bespoke engagement ring?
Unique engagement rings hold a special meaning for the wearer—they are one-of-a-kind pieces that only you will have. You’ll also only ever have one, so it’s a beautiful touch to make it truly yours.
Q: What if I’m unsure about the ring design?
No worries, we’ll help you with the design and speak at length about it before starting any work. Any images sent at this stage are just to get a taste of your style and preferences. You also have the option to choose one of the brilliant rings from our Bridal Collection as a base point for your design inspirations.
Q: I live abroad and want to pick up my ring when I come to the UAE. When should I get in touch?
We require about 3 weeks to complete your bespoke ring, so it's always best to get in touch ahead of time. To be safe, contact us a month before your trip.
Q: How much is the deposit?
We charge 50% of the final quotation to secure your diamond (so no one else can buy it) and start on the design render.
Q: What method of payment can I use for the deposit?
Our methods of payment are card payment, cash, and bank transfer. We also offer tabby payments. Please note that we do not offer discounts on our bespoke pieces (they are also non-refundable).
Q: How do I set up an appointment?

Q: When are you open, and where are you located?
Our office is in the Almas Tower, JLT, in Dubai.
Opening times: Mondays - Fridays from 10:00 to 17:30.
Q: What do I need to bring to my appointment?
Please bring any information or pictures of your desired ring to show our team. You’ll also need a valid Emirates ID/Passport to present to security on the ground floor.
Q: What if I can’t meet during the opening hours?
If you can’t schedule an appointment between 10:00 and 17:30, contact us, and we’ll arrange a visit outside our office hours.
Q: What if I want to see several design concepts beforehand?
We include three alterations to the render designs of your piece (included in the price). However, we also have a custom design service if you’d like to draft a few ring concepts from scratch before starting on your CAD render. Kindly note: As this is an additional service that takes more time, there is a separate fee for this.
Q: Can I customise your existing bridal designs with my own carat weight/shape or other specifications?
Yes! Our bridal designs can form the base of your own design or lab diamond preferences.
Q: Is my ring insured for shipping?
Your shipment is 100% insured and comes with a lab-grown diamond report as well as a certificate of authenticity from us to ensure your jewellery is 100% genuine.
Q: What if I’ve proposed, but the ring doesn’t fit?
We offer one free resizing within 30 months of receipt. We can resize the ring to 2 sizes up or down. However, for any larger size variations, we would need to decide this on a case-by-case basis, depending on the ring design.

Q: What metals do you work with?
We can work with 18k gold or platinum.
Q: How long does the process take?
Normally, from the first appointment to receiving your ring, you can expect a turnaround as quick as three weeks.
Q: What materials are used in Fyne’s engagement rings?
We use 18k gold, which is valued equally whether it is rose, yellow or white gold. We use lab-grown diamonds, a more sustainable alternative to earth-mined diamonds with the same chemical composition. Additionally, our diamonds have the highest colour grade (D-F) and clarity VVS or VS.
