Once you place an order, we craft your ring on demand. This process takes approximately 10-14 days before your ring is ready to ship. We recommend placing your order well in advance to ensure timely delivery.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we provide complimentary worldwide shipping with insurance for all our certified lab grown diamond eternity rings, ensuring your purchase arrives safely and securely.
Will I need to pay import taxes for international orders?
International orders may be subject to additional import duties. Orders to the US under AED 2,920 are duty-free, but orders to countries like Turkey, France, and Saudi Arabia may encounter higher import duties. We recommend checking your country’s import policies before placing an order.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Unfortunately, our certified eternity rings cannot be exchanged or returned. However, we are happy to offer free repair and resizing options to ensure your ring is the perfect fit and remains in excellent condition. Please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Do you offer resizing for certified wedding rings?
Yes, we offer free resizing within the UAE for all our wedding rings, subject to the design. Eternity rings with diamonds encircling the entire band cannot be resized. Please contact us for more details on this service.
